On Sunday after church, we headed down to the coast. That evening, we headed over to the beach for a walk. I thought it would be nice to stick our toes in the sand and ocean and walk/run down the beach to burn off a little energy.
Little did I know that we wouldn't be able to contain our excitement very well . . .
Yes, Alex has removed his pants! It wasn't enough to just stick his feet in the water and then he didn't like having wet pants!
And then from there, we just sat down completely in the water. I had to remove their clothes before they got back in the car because they were full of sand!
The next day, we got our bathing suits on so that we could experience the beach properly!
A trip to the beach wouldn't be complete without fun at the "ride rides!" The kids were so excited!!!
Uncle Day Day knows how to make the teacups spin FAST!!
Charlie was so excited to get to ride the "Raffi" on the carousel!
The kids had their 4th of July stuff on so we snapped some cute pictures out on the pier:
Uncle Lattie and Mary Lea came to the beach late Friday night so we enjoyed a Saturday morning with them out on the beach.
Before we left, we had to get some family photos. But first, we had to get two little monkeys out of the tree! ;)
