Day 10

Today was the last performance of Sleeping Beauty! I don't have any pictures from the show today because we were on the opposite side of the stage from where Lucy was. I had asked Lucy last night if there was anyone she wanted to make sure she got a picture with and she told me she had to have a picture with Madeline. Madeline's mom said that she had heard all about Lucy and how much she looked after Madeline as they were getting ready for the show. It's always nice to hear that your child is a helper! :)

Grammy and Poppa came to today's show. Lucy has enjoyed having a captive audience every time she has performed. 

And what about the boys? Well, as you can see from Alex's shirt, this is what our behavior looks like around here these days!

They go from being so sweet (Alex cleaned up Lucy's room today while she was at drama because he wanted to help her!!!) to being little terrors who are screaming and yelling and pitching fits. All of that in the span of five minutes! Of course, they are so precious and cute though which has saved them more than they know!!!

Mrs. Bonnie and GreatDaddy sent the kids a surprise today. Last year, GreatDaddy had one of these at his house and the kids just loved it. . . after nap time, the kids discovered that we now had one too! Charlie was the first one up and he had fun playing with it by himself for a while.
