We started off our morning with one happy and one whiny boy. Who knows why Alex woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but he didn't seem to be excited about Santa coming today! Grammy, Poppa and Lucy came over around 10:30 and Michael and I got ready to go serve communion at Union. The weather was yucky, but I think it was a meaningful time for everyone that came out.

After nap time, both boys were cranky. They went back and forth from fighting over toys to playing just fine and then being upset about the other one wanted to watch on TV. Then they got upset about wearing their clothes. No problem - we can solve that problem! So off came the clothes and then this happened . . .
They had the best time running around with bags on their head. Whatever . . . . who knows what goes on in the minds of two year old boys??
Michael made dinner and then after we ate, Lucy and Michael read the Christmas story to us.
The boys sat and listened . . . sort of!
After we read, we got our pjs on and got ready for bed. As you can see, we are very excited that Santa is coming!!
Lucy took her reindeer food that she made at school outside. She had a good time sprinkling it around. Hopefully the reindeer will enjoy it!
Then we got Santa's cookies and milk ready for him!
Lucy decided she needed to leave Santa a note to see which cookies he likes best . . .hers or the boys. I bet you can guess which kind she made . . .
Now if only everyone will go to sleep, Santa can leave his gifts!! Merry Christmas!!!!
