December 15th

Tonight was the preschool Christmas program at CBDS and not only was I directing it, but I was also Mommy of two of the cutest kids up there! Alex and Charlie were so excited about their program and they have been asking all day when it would be time to sing for Grammy and Poppa and Gramma and Pappy. When we got to school and went back to the room where all the kids were gathered, you could tell they got a little nervous because they weren't too ready to let go of me. Of course, once they started to see more and more of their friends, they perked up and ran off. So here are a few highlights of their performance this evening.

They did a good job. Of course, they were enthralled by all the other kids behind them. They've been singing their songs all week long. Their favorites are "Oh Where is the Newborn King?" and "Halleluiah" which they sing as "Haw-woo-yah!"
