I took the boys out Christmas shopping individually today so that they could pick a gift for each other. They were so sweet in their gift selections and really thought and picked out something they knew the other one would like. I enjoyed my short time with each of them - we ran our errands quickly though so that we would be done by 10:00 before other people got out and started Christmas shopping.
After Lucy got home from school, we decorated our gingerbread houses. Sometimes I wonder if it's really all worth the trouble and effort, but they had such a good time so I'm glad we did it.
