December 8th

Today was a lazy day. We have been so busy this past week and the boys needed a day to just take it easy. Since Lucy's gone, we spent most of our morning eating and then napping while Michael finished his sermon. This evening, I got some presents wrapped and put away. . .hopefully hidden well enough away from curious little 3 year old hands. :)

On an exciting note, we were having some playtime by the Christmas tree this afternoon and Alex decided to roll from his back onto his belly. When he rolled over, he got this huge grin on his face like he was so proud of himself. :) Of course, the camera was no where to be found. Oh well. . . 

Just one quick photo to share today. . . like I said, we didn't do much of anything so this is a photo from a previous day. Lucy loves her "tivity" and was playing with it the other day. She brought in some of her Littlest Pet Shop dogs and I heard this conversation:

"What are you doing here, dog? You don't belong here!"
"Yes, I do! I'm here to see the Baby Jesus!"

So cute, right? We had to go right after that, so she took her dogs with her to get in the car. But she left the rest of her nativity set, just like it's pictured below. . .
