December 23rd

Lucy went to spend the day with Grammy and Poppa so the boys had us all to ourselves today. We went grocery shopping and then came home, had lunch, and then nap time. Of course, for some reason, the boys didn't see to feel the need for a nap today! The boys were in a very imaginative mood this afternoon. We had lots of fun playing!

First we drove around our Abominable Snowman and Hermie from Rudolph in the school buses. . . 

The boys had to have their diapers changed and so Alex decided that Hermie was going to need a diaper too. He got out wipes and cleaned him off. :)

Then he wouldn't be satisfied until Hermie had a clean diaper.

And then, of course, Charlie had to have one for the snowman too!

After this game, then Charlie put his snowman into the pirate ship and chased Alex back and forth between the kitchen and the living room. They both laughed and screamed and ran back and forth for quite a while!

We went over to see Gramma and Pappy after all our playtime fun. The boys had a good time and ate a good dinner. After all our fun playing, hopefully they will sleep all night!! I can hardly believe tomorrow is Christmas Eve tomorrow. . . . wow, time is flying!!
